Really pleased with the delivery. My mum reported the flowers were beautiful and well packaged- with the vase and water so she could literally display them and not have to cut stems etc. The vase is reusable so even better! Obviously, as it was Mother's Day orders were busy but my only negative is to update websites asap and get that "same day guarantee" off to avoid disappointment. I was informed as soon as possible, that my same day order couldn't be fulfilled and was pleased it arrived the following day before 9:30am.

So so pleased purchasing through this shop. I had ordered mothers day flowers a little later than I should have and left a message to please kindly deliver on mothers day instead of a day later (as bookings were full) as due to my circumstances I had only just managed to order them. The ordering process was easy. Sadly was disappointed with the flower arrangement supplied. We ordered from overseas and for 40 pounds we expected more than 3 stems of cheap 'filler' flowers and 4 roses already past their best (lasted less than 4 days). There was more green than flowers. The only saving grace was a few buds of lilies yet to open. We won't be using this florist again.

ordering from australia the time difference of 11 hours caused us a small problem,This was quickly solved by contacting the florist directly.we ordered as a guest and so our confirmation email was sent to junk mail.we contacted Gareths florists and they quickly confirmed our order, they delivered at 08:50 am and sent email of the flowers which were very well presented.we were delighted with the quality and service provided by Gareths florists.Five stars.Les.

I ordered a basket of Christmas flowers for a friend who had been to hospital for an operation. I was going on holiday the next day, so I wanted to be sure that she received the flowers and as I managed to order them before 2 o'clock they were delivered on the same day. I was notifyed that the flowers had been received and I was also sent a photo of the arrangement, which looked lovely and the text from my friend thanking me for the flowers and saying how lovely they were confirmed this. A great way to send flowers with a good range of choices and prices. I would recommend.
