Was informed when the florist was unable to deliver my flowers and given name of other florist that was going to deliver. Then when they missed read the order got a phone call to explain and apologise and was offered a box of chocolates to be delivered with the flowers that had been forgotten

Direct2florist told us that they had changed supplier, but they did not tell us that they had changed the delivery date for my sister's funeral flowers. So I was stressed about whether they would arrive. When contacted, they told me that they had agreed a plan with the funeral management company. It would have been better if they had told me too.

I would have preferred £35 of flowers instead of a £20 vase and £15 of flowers. The description did say florists choice, but I assumed the value specified would be flower costs and if you wanted a vase for it to be optional.

I've used them twice for international orders (I'm ordering from the USA for a friend who lives in Windsor.)
