The flowers were beautiful and exactly as shown in the picture when I ordered. But they were delivered and left on the doorstep under a porch. As it happened the recipients were away. It would have been appreciated if the delivery person had called the mobile # I provided which would have resulted in the neighbour being called to take them in. I did email the florist about the delivery and they did reply promptly letting me know the flowers were on the porch.

Thank you for delivering such a beautiful bunch of flowers to my Mum on her 75th birthday. I rang her on her special day and she had just received the delivery and was so surprised and happy with them, through all this hardship it truly did brighten her day. They have just sent me a photo of the flowers and I’m delighted that they were how I imagined them to be. She loved the variety and I gauged right, everything in the bouquet she raved about over the phone to me! I live in Australia and I had no idea about your florist and I am so pleased with your prompt service and the quality of your flowers. Thank you so much.

Emma

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 17th Nov 2020

Thank you SO much for the smooth and prompt delivery of your flowers to my Mum for her birthday today. Living in Australia you take pot luck and rely on good reviews and hope for positive outcomes. My Mum was so delighted with your arrangement she cried good tears and the flowers did everything I hoped they would by bringing her happiness and brightening up her day when she cant do much else for her special day during these COVID times. I must have been psychic to ring to wish her a happy birthday from the other side of the world 3 minutes after youd delivered her flowers. I thank you so much for delivering at the start of the day and making her happy, Emma

Kevin

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 23rd May 2020

The flowers were lovely and delivered in the afternoon of the day I selected even though covid-19 could have caused disruptions. However nothing was updated online so although I was tracking the delivery all day I had no idea that it had been made. And worried that due to covid the date would not be made. A real shame as I was tracking the surprise and wanted to call to wish my mum a happy 70th Birthday once they had been delivered. I gave up waiting and called her as I couldn’t delay any further and it turns out they had delivered hours ago. Would have appreciated the tracking app to have been updated.

Thank you so much for a wonderful bouquet delivered to my mum today, its made her day. Very good service and great communication

Tarnia

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 15th Apr 2020

Beautiful flowers and wonderful, knowledgable service. As there is currently a shortage of red roses, the florist called me within minutes of me placing the order online. She asked if I would like an alternative and gave me a suggestion that white roses would go well with pink lilies and that they would flower at the same time. I was so surprised too that next day delivery was still available and she personally delivered them to the door. The flowers were beautiful and I will definitely order from them again. Thank you.

Was meant to get 12 perfect roses but only received 11. They were beautiful but 11 instead of 12 not good and as a Valentine's gift made me look a duffer. So, quality good. Quality control very poor. And it cost £75 for the privilege.

Flowers were delivered on time but the florist was not able to help with my special request for a set of tall stems, I was hoping for some Gladioli and other tall flowers, In the end my wife ended up with a summer mix of stems. My wife did appreciate them, but I was personally a little disappointed. I had left my contact details and I hoped that maybe the florist could have let me know that my order wasn't possible. Something to think about for next time hopefully.
