After ordering I did have some concerns as payment came out of my account twice and my order was redistributed to another florist to the one I requested. However I was really happy with how promptly and helpfully this was resolved. The refund was in my account the next day. The new florist delivered an identical bouquet to the 1 I ordered, very promptly on the requested day. The flowers are beautiful and are a really generous-sized bouquet. Communication was great with emails at every stage of transaction/delivery.

I have used Blooms in the past and have yet to be disappointed. The depiction of the flowers when ordering pale in comparison to what you get. The flowers delivered are way beyond what was expected. They have brought a ray of sunshine to my mum and cheered her up immensely even during this most challenging time. You outdid yourselves at Blooms!!

Can’t fault the service. The flowers were delivered at the agreed time for a friend. I received an email as soon as I placed the order advising me they wouldn’t be able to deliver until after 4, this was perfect for what I wanted. I then received confirmation they had been delivered. My friend said they were lovely, had a beautiful scent and lasted really well. I would definitely recommend.

I did not submit my order until late at night and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call that same night confirming my order and I was reassured they would be delivered on time.
