Outstanding. Order placed at 6am and delivered before 10am - and on Christmas Eve too. The selection and presentation of the flowers was perfect. There were far more stems than I was expecting (from the photograph sent by the receiver). Beautiful. Thank you.

Ive ordered from the Bay Tree a number of times. Their flowers are superb - always fresh, lasting longer and beautifully arranged. The deliveries have always been on schedule. I, can honestly, highly recommend the Bay Tree florists. They have never let me down, but, most importantly the flowers are always stunning. Kate Taylor, Hertfordshire

Such a quick delivery at such short notice. Thank you

James

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 21st Apr 2023

Flowers were excellent and delivery on time but the delivery totally ignored the delivery instructions. Instead of delivering them as instructed to the outer door which my elderly mum can open, they were delivered inside the retirement complex, to a heavy door my mum cant open without help. All this was explained when I ordered.

I never write reviews but the service and flower arrangement were SO good, I thought I had to! Ordered same day delivery. Purchased online in the morning and the flowers were delivered by afternoon. The arrangement was very similar to the photo provided so was very pleased about that. Really beautiful and tastefully done. The note was handwritten which was a nice touch. Great value for money compared to quite a few other websites I looked at. Overall was a straightforward and pleasing experience. The recipient loved them. Thanks so much!

My order was a large pink arrangement in a large tea cup. what was sent as a white teapot with a purple arrangement of what look like flowers past their best! if this arrangement last more than 2 days I will be surprised! Ugly teapot nothing like <br/>my request! I am disgusted with what was sent.
