I spoke direct to Alison over the phone and she guided me through the options on her website and recommended a bouquet - I ordered two! The flowers were delivered to the hotel on time as requested despite a busy Saturday for her. The flowers were a surprise for my wife and her friend who were visiting Cardiff for the weekend. Both loved their bouquets and are now on display at home. Thank you Alison for making a great weekend even better!

First class. I will very likely consider using this same service again to receive flowers from Alison Bentley. The lovely bouquet is stylishly presented and the display of flowers look class. The delivery lady was very pleasant and her wishing my wife a very happy birthday was a simple but nice touch too. Thank you.

I found the service excellent. It is hard enough to lose a family member when you live 1000's of miles, but it was certainly made easier knowing that our wreath was there on time when we couldn't be.
