I bought online from Floribunda in Bathgate. I had occasion to phone the florist to make an amendment to my order. This was dealt with in a very friendly helpful manner. The flowers were for a golden wedding anniversary and my friends were delighted with them.

These were sent to friends for their golden wedding anniversary who phoned to express their thanks for the absolutely beautiful flower arrangement. I have never used floribunda before, but if the occasion ever arose I would certainly use them again and would heartily recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. Second time I have used them. The first time the flowers were great fully received and throughly enjoyed. Second time there was an issue with no fault of the florist however contacted them and they were amazing and sent out a new bouquet of flowers the next day. The customer service was absolutely outstanding too. Super friendly and extremely helpful. I will 100% use them again.

Amazing arrangement, amazing service! Florabunda really deserves 5 shining stars! My daughter celebrated her 22nd birthday today and yesterday Ive ordered this arrangement. It wasnt the exact colours like on the website ( they were specifying that maybe theyll not be the exact colours) but the arrangement was superb! A beautiful, full, vibrant flower arrangement in a basket. And my message was so nicely written by hand! I really appreciate that-personal touch. My daughter cried- she was so happy about the flowers. I definitely recommend Florabunda, Im very happy I dealt with them, I will definitely use their services in the future. Well done, Florabunda! And thank you! And thank you Direct2florist!

Used this company many times now and they always give 10/10 service. They are always helpful and polite. Love the florists that they recommend. Only once had a problem, which was resolved very quickly. I have recommended them to family and friends. They have had the same experience as me and it's our first place to go when ordering flowers.
