Order placed at Forget Me Not Dundee in February, i ordered a box of flowers for my Mum's birthday, subsequently her last, as she was in palliative care at the time.. very disappointed, as most of the flowers were withered & dead in a matter of a couple to a few days.. i have used Forget Me Not loads of times, so gave them benefit of doubt & i did not complain.. so last week, for my Mum's funeral, i went in to order a Heather Button Hole, all fine it seems, charged £9 for pleasure.. i went in today to pick it up & have been given something completely different to what i asked for, a Thistle buttonhole & was advised that 'real' Heather isnt done anymore, "first i knew", then i was told by member of staff, "i thought you said Thistle" to which i replied 'do you know what thought did.??, it planted a feather & thought it would grow a chicken', to which i was told 'you dont have to be cheeky about it' calmly i the said to manager, if you're staff member had listened to me in the first place, we would not be speaking bout this"..........no answer...!??! i thanked them & left... once home, i called to speak to manager but i was met with more absolute non-sense, no apology, nothing, apparently i am in the wrong cause i don't know what flowers are available wholesale & at what times of year.!??! accused of shouting down phone, threatened with shop cameras & allsorts, i hung up & here i am... i would give a 0 Stars review but must give them 1.. i have been left extremely upset & very very disappointed, as my Mum's funeral is tomorrow.. no apology, no empathy,no compassion whatsoever...!!!!! what ever happened to the customer is always right.??? truth is, customers are not cared for or cared about anymore, only their money is.!!!! i will never use this shop again...
