Although the web site said they would be able to deliver on Dec 27 the florist contacted me directly within the hour saying they would be closed offering either a refund or Xmas eve delivery. Opted for delivery and recipient appreciated the flowers over Christmas and her birthday.

delivered a day late even though promised same day delivery. I paid for same day and it did not happen. the delivered item was not as expected with many of the flowers unopened. Delivery fee was way way over the top, and when the delivery was late emails asking for refund to the late delivery ( as wasn't same day as paid for ) were ignored and gained no response.

We received a phone call from the florist in the UK to tell us due to the number of orders they had received the flowers wouldn't be able to be delivered until the Monday after Xmas..She was very apologetic..Sounded like she had to make a few of these calls and others weren't so understanding.We appreciated the call and her honesty.. The flowers arrived Monday and my sisterinlaw in Cornwall said they were beautiful :)

It was our Christmas gift to my mother and was beautifully arranged with fresh flowers, foliage and also included had seasonal touches. All of the floral arrangements we have ordered from Sallyanne & Molly have been superb, they really take a pride in their work & customer service. We are based in South Australia - having such a great florist based in our former hometown (Melton Mowbray) makes giving these gifts easy despite being the other side of the world !
