Easy to order and arrange delivery, lovely flowers

I paid almost £50 for flowers to be delivered for my mother's 70th birthday, and the flowers were not delivered until 10 minutes to midnight just before her special day was over, she was already asleep when the delivery driver arrived, he did not ring the doorbell, he left the flowers at the door, my mother did not receive her flowers until the day after her birthday which is unacceptable, I did not receive any update regarding delivery all day. When my daughter asked the driver who he work for, he said he did not know, he was just sent to delivery them. No update, no communication whatsoever, this is unprofessional. I would give a minus 1 rating if I could. All i received from the seller was excuses the day after I complained. This is a very bad service

I ordered flowers online on a Sunday evening to be delivered the following day. Early Monday morning, I received an email from the florist to tell me that they are closed on Mondays and would not have fresh stock until Tuesday and would I be happy for the flowers to be delivered Tuesday instead. I agreed. Then Direct2florist agent phoned me to advise that they were unable to speak to the florist because the shop was closed but would I be happy to delay delivery until Tuesday. Flowers arrived as promised and the recipient was absolutely delighted with them. Thank you for a great service and for your excellent communications.

The service was excellent. I experienced a few problems with the online order form: The dwelling number does not show up on the order form . I am concerned about the security of the online credit card payment. Your system just did it straight forward and not awaited authorization from card institution, as is done normally.

Ordered a display of flowers by Lucia Lee of Stanley with Direct2florist on line for my Aunts birthday she was over the moon with them, had to phone the florist because of my Aunt is slightly deaf to ask if they had been delivered to her, the lady was very good said she would get in touch with the driver to see if they had been delivered, she got back in touch to say all was well and delivered thank you for going the extra mile to make me feel reassured that everything was as it should be, would definitely us them again and highly recommend this florist

We are (or were) a returning customer and for this they get two stars; but it could well have been zero based on the most recent experience:- Ordered flowers (again) from UK destined for South Africa. This time, for reasons unknown, direct2florist sent the order to an out-of-area florist who promptly decided to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING... No word, no reach-out, no order processing to find an alternative supplier - just nothing, nada. And now four days on, the alleged award-winning customer service agents at direct2florist have failed to respond via their online helpdesk. To make it worse, a subsequent phone call was met by Carol Beer's career advisor. Mistakes happen of course - we're not unreasonable - but imposing the silent treatment, or being just plain obstinate, does leave a bitter taste in the mouth. In reply to D2F: The response from D2F to the original posting above is typical of D2F i.e. putting all the onus on the customer Your profile on Trustpilot does not allow for including specific order details - unlike other businesses. Perhaps this was deliberate decision on your part? Nevertheless, you do have enough information in this review as well as access to your own email system and call logs to work it out.

The flower choices were many and we were happy with our choice as was the recipient. The cost of the arrangement was shown but we did not take into account the difference between the U.S. and France. I believe that could have been explained at the time of purchase knowing the giver and receiver's address. My son uses this florist and I will as well if need is presented. Just take my suggestion into account going forward.

Xmas gift for family. Buttercups was selected as my second choice.I liked the name. I rang them when I noticed I had selected the wrong Tuesday .for the delivery.
