  The standard size 'Florist's Choice' bouquet I ordered for my friend's birthday arrived as promised and is absolutely stunning. Lots of flowers in beautifully co-ordinated colours, set off perfectly with greenery. Highly recommended.

  Excellent service. Flowers delivered within a few hours of order being placed. My friend was delighted. Special request to florist to ensure friend could add water the flowers and did not have to do anything else (such as put in vase) were adhered to perfectly. Thanks to all involved.

  We were very happy with the process of choosing, purchasing, and the wonderful prompt service. We live in South Australia, and this was a selection we made for our cousin in Chester who is unwell. She was very happy to receive her bunch of flowers, and the photo she sent us seemed to be very nice for sure, but maybe not quite the photo of what we chose. In saying that, the service was fantastic and I was kept up to date on the delivery of them. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. Thankyou

  The bouquet and florist services were good. Aspects that I found less pleasurable were the introduction of a £5 service charge after I had selected the flowers and been told that the price included delivery. Additionally the inability to select or request an approximate time - even just morning or afternoon- was not helpful.

  When I came to find flowers for my mothers funeral I was shocked at the price hike and hidden costs that funeral flowers are subject to. I wanted a fitting tribute without my loss being taken advantage of. I spent several days shopping around for some appropriately pretty flowers that were not too overblown or sombre. I settled on basket SYM-347, a yellow and white arrangement in a basket from Cocoa Flower in Chester. I was very pleased with the arrangement. Although a sad occasion, it brought some lightness. It was a generous size and height and made a perfect central piece sat atop mum's coffin. Because the arrangement was in a convenient basket we were able to give them a second life by dropping them into the local hospice where mum was looked after, for others to enjoy. Very good.

  Amazing job. Super impressed. I was sending flowers and chocolates to my husband for our anniversary. Super easy and they were beautiful. Only suggestion is to have pictures of snack baskets. I would have liked that over flowers. Again they were beautiful!! Thank you

  The flowers were amazing. Best flowers I have ordered. They came in beautiful packaging and left my wife in tears as they were so spectacular. Delivery was prompt and could not ask for more.   I was very pleased with the service from Cocoa Flower. I used this florist to send flowers to a friend in hospital as I live abroad so I didn't actually see the flowers myself. However the florist was extra-helpful and checked with the hospital ward, only to find out that my friend had been moved to a different ward, then delivered the flowers to the Ward Sister and emailed me straight away to confirm delivery. Very pleased!

  Many many thanks to the people at Cocoa Flower. I'm very glad that I chose them to do my mum's funeral flowers. The wreath was perfect; a wonderful combination of ivory roses and white hydrangeas with gypsophila spelling out the word MUM and clusters of pink roses on the front. It was truly gorgeous and mum would have approved. Thank you also for the wonderful lilies and for taking the stamens off them. Brilliant work. Thank you again.

  Whilst the flowers were for a friend, I received confirmation from the recipient of the arrival of the flowers, how beautiful they are and the variety of stems in the bouquet. I have received flowers from this florist and know the quality of the arrangements so I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. For me they are the best florist in Chester.

  Always order from cocoa for their quality but spent &pound;70 just before Christmas and flowers lasted less than 7 days in a cool house.if there was to be a compromise on quality I'd of rather not had them. Usually good so maybe as it was so close to xmas

  lovely flowers, some of the best I've seen for a long time., Very quick service which normally would be a massive plus, but the day they were due was tomorrow which could have caused concern if they were for a different purpose.. Would rate Cocoa Flower high on presentation and value for money though...
