I couldn't find a florist that delivered to the crematorium and so my husband found this site. Ruth was very helpful in helping him underatand how ahe would customise a wreath shown on the site and in doing so she was able to create a wonderful wreath that my aunt is now keeping alive/preserved as it is such a beautiful representation of our final goodbye to my cousin. Delivered perfectly at such short notice in time for the funeral. Will definitely use again in future!

This was a floral tribute for a life long fiend’s funeral. The flowers were delivered a day earlier than requested. Fortunately, someone was available to accept the delivery.

The flowers weren't delivered until 525pm! This was my sister's birthday present. Surely flowers are delivered in the morning or afternoon. Terrible. I should have used interflora. Local service is bad. It was a special birthday

I ordered flowers and chocolates for a 80th Birthday. Flowers and chocolates didn't arrive on time because of van breakdown. Was disappointed. But to be fair the company did extra flowers and some wine added. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Flowers were not what I expected according to picture I suggested, but they were BEAUTIFUL and my Gran loved them so thank you for getting them to her. For direct2florist website would suggest in the order form section to add picture attachment option, that would help the communication. I am in Nova Scotia, Canada and needed to have flowers sent to a family funeral in the uk. This website was very easy to navigate. The most difficult part was choosing one from a beautiful selection. Once a decision was made , next steps were easy. Delivery was on time and flowers arrived just as beautiful as they appeared on the site. I will use this company for all my floral needs. This company tried to deliver the flowers several times and because the recipient didn't answer the door and the flowers were a get well message they personally phoned me worried that the recipient was incapacitated. Thank you for showing concern.
