Was not happy with the flower arrangement from The Flower Shop in Malta - mostly filler and foliage with hardly any flowers. The shop agreed to give me a partial refund but when I accepted I never heard from them again. After emailing the Direct2florist team several times, and getting no response whatsoever, I had to end up phoning them...there reason for not responding to my emails was just nonsense and no excuse for it. I got my partial refund after calling them but shouldn't have had to go through that pallaver.

All went well initially but then I had an email to say that the flowers had been ‘delivered’ but unfortunately they were 8 days early from my booked date.I contacted the actual flower shop who apologised and were able to stop the delivery.They have been delivered correctly on the right day now!!!
