I wanted to send some flowers to my friend for her 79th birthday but the date had slipped my mind and I was at work when I realised. I thought I'd left it too late so I was really pleased to find that a same day delivery was available. They must have been delivered within a couple of hours of ordering as my friend rang me to say, upon returning from shopping, a beautiful bouquet of flowers had been left on her doorstep. She was absolutely delighted and couldn't stop thanking me and saying how beautiful they were. I didn't actually see the flowers but my friend wouldn't rate something if she didn't think it was worth saying so. Thank you so much.

My date for delivery was on the Saturday, and only very late on Saturday evening did I receive an email to advise that they could not find the address. On calling my daughter on Monday morning, she then decided to drive to collect the flowers herself. Needless to say, these were the same flowers from Saturday and that obviously cut the life of the flowers by two days. The flowers were guaranteed for 3 days Not what I would have expected and considering that postal codes are used for the address If this was South Africa, yes I would not have been surprised if one could not find an address. Very disappointed because my Rand converted to Pound sterling is very high.

I ordered at 11am on Friday for same day delivery. I was contacted via telephone and email on Friday afternoon to advise that it could not be delivered until Saturday. Then I received emails on Saturday advising that order was transferred to 2 different florists. I tried to contact the florist on Sunday, but could not as it was clear my order had not been delivered. The order was eventually delivered Monday afternoon. Despite 2 emails to direct2florist no reply of this poor customer service has been received. I will never use this company again
