Not the same flowers as in the picture. I took the time to choose a special bouquet and it was not what was delivered.

Urszula

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 11th Sep 2019

Apparently I was given the wrong address and my friend never received the flowers. While I don’t fully hold the florist responsible (especially if the person who opened the door lied about their identity), I do wish they had confirmed the recipient or called the recipient using the phone number I provided in the order.

I phones and spoke with the florist to check they had received the order as I had not used Direct2florist before. She was very helpful.
Flowers arrived on time and were pretty. However, we paid for a large massed wreath which stated 16" in the description. We were extemely disappointed with its size when we saw it at the crematorium.

I was disappointed with the Mother's Day bouquet, very surprised that 8 very pale pink/white tulips were the selection, I felt that was more funeral looking. There was
absolutely no comparison to flowers you have delivered to my Mum in the past.
