I live in the US and this is the second time I have used this florist for my friends in Dunfermline and they are gorgeous! The flowers last forever and the arrangements are lovely. Thank You You work through a local florist that I like. Excellent description of flowers and gifts that are available. Easy to use site Working with Ferguson's in Dunfermline you gave a delivery date and time window and stuck to it. Using the local florist meant flowers were freshly arranged and delivered free from the hands of a delivery company that does not understand the need to hand flowers carefully. Recipient was delighted with her flowers and gift. I will happily use this service again.

The company involved in actually making the bouquet did a wonderful job, apparently, I didn’t see the flowers but they were given very good reviews. The only issue I had was the actual ordering process. I spent ages completing the order form and right at the end I got a message saying that the delivery address was out with the area serviced by them. I had to go to another shop and go through the form all over again. Can you believe how frustrated I was when the same message appeared. I was ready for passing on the flowers when another message appeared informing me that for £3.00 they would deliver to the address. I immediately agreed! Why could the first shop not have done that? The areas covered should be made known before the agony of completing the order form is endured.

Was sent a bunch of weedy freesias, they were dead. Not just once but 3 times after me telling them not to send them. I sent lots of pictures as proof and they just kept sending the same again. Will never use them again and I will be telling my friends and family not to either. These were sent as a golden wedding present so very disappointed

Beautiful flowers albeit not in the basket we wanted - not the florists fault- and when I complained to website, florist rang to apologise and delivered a Christmas table posy , a box of chocolates and a bag of apples - fantastic customer service turning a disappointment into a wow ! I paid extra to get the exquisite type of large bouquet of flowers but well worth it for the reaction from the recipient. One drawback is that you don't take Amex and it made it more difficult for me regardless of what else you offer this is our preferred and easiest method of payment for us, so I will try someone else the next time.

The R.C.Ferguson Florist company made a beautifull bouquet for our daughter in law for her birthday. We could not come over from Holland due to the Coronaperiod. Flowers delivered in time. We would recommand this company. Chapeau, Chapeau. Henk and Bienie Pomp from the Netherlands.

For us it was very handy to order this basket with Ferguson. We live in Holland and our son and his family lives in Crossford. They were married for 19 years. Not what i ordered or expected.Unfortunately the flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture that i ordered from.<br />I understand that due to seasons etc they won't always be a match but the display looked very poor and sparse.<br />The 1st pic is what i ordered and the 2nd is what was received.<br />They were delivered on time though.<br />Definitely won't use them again.
