Top class service one day ahead of schedule. I was on holiday in Germany and wanted to send flowers to my daughter back in the UK. It was one of the easiest transactions I have done online. The florist exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again through this service.

Super service. I found out to late that person to receive the flowers was not home for a few days. Flower shop retrieved the flowers and delivered new ones a couple of days later. Only had to pay a small fee for delivery twice no extra charge for the new flowers. I was told the flowers were lovely.

Recipient was very happy with the flowers we ordered for her. They were delivered on the requested day although I did call the florist and check because order status on Direct2florist was not updated. The lady who answered the florist's phone was very helpful though, she checked the delivery and called me back to confirm.
