This florist delivered to Darlington on Saturday morning and their service was exceptional. Firstly they took the trouble to warn me of a possible delay in delivery due to the weather; the flowers arrived by lunchtime which was perfect. Secondly I received a photo of the flowers and they are beautiful. This level of service is very rare.I highly recommend.

They were a beautiful bunch of flowers that was delivered to my Mother but I thought the size of the bunch could of been bigger for the cost. I paid £80 for the "large" which in my opinion wasn't as large as I expected + also very small box of Chocolates (6 chocolates I think). All delivered 2 miles away. Will shop around next time a bit more. I do understand prices for everything has increased, maybe this is the going rate now? I definitely won't be able to afford to do it often now given the prices.

Had fallen out with someone i love and had been seeing on and off, well more off than on! for 25 years almost, hadnt spoke for over two months, arranged to meet up, did, met up again and kissed. Thought how can i show her how much she means to me, flowers! White ones! they say everything i wanted to say to her. Went online, found my local florists and ordered a beautiful bouquet late sunday night, via direct2florist. Flowers were delivered to her around 11.50 the next morning and she loved them! The flowers were very nice and as described. They were delivered to the Crematorium on time as arranged with the message I typed on the website - so all good. I only gave 4 stars because of the problems with the Direct2florist website. It selected a list of florists near the postcode I gave. I chose the first but then when I got to the end of the process I got a message saying they didn't deliver to that area. I then chose another florist but when I got to the payment page the screen took a while and eventually timed out. When I checked my bank, the money had been taken. So I assumed the order went through - and it did. I will probably use again.

I want to thank the young man who called me to understand exactly what I wanted, as opposed to just cancelling my order as he went that extra mile!! It had appeared to them that I wanted my display delivered the same day as they had received the order, and this was proving difficult, I live in Canada and operate 5hrs behind, so I had ordered it a day earlier, but we think the date may have defaulted to next day delivery. I was able to advise that I really wanted it delivered on the Saturday and this was actually achievable. My friend received her ‘Let it Snow’ bouquet and was absolutely delighted with it. The flowers were for mothers day and despite not being able to have them delivered on mothers day.I managed to get them in time after receiving the phone call to say they were fully booked on mothers day I was told they could be sent out the day before I also requested for them to be delivered in the morning knowing my mother was wanting to go out in the afternoon.She received them at 11.35 so She would have been able to have a lie in had she wanted to.The flowers were presented beautifully and have taken pride of place on her fireplace.Will definitely use this site and this florist in the future.

They never disappoint, the quality of the flowers is fantastic, they have great bundles and they always deliver on time.
