About & History:

With many years of experience in the Floristry industry, Thoughts of You Flowers and Gifts offers a wide range of floral arrangements to customers throughout the local area. Set up in 2013, the business is based in North Shields, providing a delivery service to the whole of North Tyneside & Newcastle, with free delivery to Marden Estate & Cullercoats. Deliveries can be made to other areas when prior notice is given. We can organize delivery of fresh flowers and plants nationally & internationally through our Direct 2 Florist relay system. All of staff are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, we are a small team of qualified florists to City & Guilds Level 2 standards or above, providing high levels of service to all customers. Thoughts of You are members of the British Florist Association, guaranteeing a high level of products and services to you, for wedding, funerals and gifts. When you need flowers think of us. The company creates a wide range of floristry arrangements that are created with care to meet the customers needs for any occasion, from a gift for a get well wish to a tribute for a final farewell and everything in between. Bespoke designs can be created for all occasions. We are located on Farringdon Road, Marden Estate, North Shields. We offer free delivery to Marden Estate & Cullercoats, with a local delivery charge for other areas of North Tyneside & Newcastle included in the price you pay for flowers. A further delivery radius is available with advance notice.

(The recipient was absent (I was not aware), the florist did not leave the flowers neat her door, as often happens, but called her, found she would be back 3 days later, informed me by email, and delivered flowers (I guess it was a fresh bouquet) immediately after her arrival. Thank you for an excellent service!!!)

Excellent value for money, and service was second to none. I had told the florists the wrong address for the flowers to be delivered to but I was unaware of this. The forist phoned me to check the delivery details and when we found out the address was wrong, she did all she could to find the correct address for me. So now I know the right address for when I next send my friend flowers. And I will be using Thoughts of You for this. As you can see flowers were lovely and fresh and very well presented. Compassion and understanding shown throughout dealing with the staff was highly highly appriciated. As was the help and wealth of knowledge they showed us while choosing a fitting tribute for our relative. The flowers themselves were beautifully arranged and very fresh, some florists seem to use dead flowers for everything but not Thoughts of You, flowers are always 'fresh as a daisy'. WOW! This florist is amazing. I was unsure of using this service as I didnt know much about it, but now if I ever need flowers I know where to order. Online payment was quick and easy even for an old timer like me. Delivery was prompt, flowers were very fresh and the receipient absolutely loved them. If your wanting brownie points this is the florist to use without doubt.

Fantastic service. I placed my order online around 6.45pm to be delivered the very next morning and my grandma received them around 11.15am. Couldn't ask for a more efficient service. Delivery lady was very helpful, giving my grandma instructions on how to keep them alive to get the most out of them. From the description I was given from my gran they were even nicer than the picture and the balloon really complimented the colours in the bouquet. I woul definitely recommend this service to anybody and especially for last minute flowers. :)
