Flowers were greatly appreciated by my son and daughter in law who had just had a baby girl. From the website, I thought I was ordering a baby basket but, as it turns out, the flowers were a bouquet. Although very nice, they were not what I ordered but, as the flowers were so admired, I decided not to contact you re the error. When I looked at your website again, I realised that when I clicked on the baby basket, it went to the bouquet. If I ordered again from you, I would double check to make sure you sent the correct flowers!

Very happy with the Fresh Flower Co florist, they went above and beyond to assist with my tricky order. Communication was extremely clear and their responses were very fast. Not to mention the absolute beautiful arrangement of flowers they put together. I ordered them from Australia through an online site that would deliver to London . I'm extremely lucky to be put through to the Fresh Flower Co florist and their wonderful staff. 10/10 I'd recommend using them to anyone wanting quality and professional florist's. Thanks again very much appreciated. Kind regards, Jess
