The process was very simple & having seen Sophie's Flower Company products before I was confident the arrangement ordered would be beautiful - which it was. The delivery worked seamlessly, despite ordering to a restaurant for my Nan's 80th Birthday meal. However, its really disappointing that the flower died after onyl 4 days!!

I ordered the seasonal blooms medium bouquet from Sophie's flower company and added a request for them to be delivered after a certain time. I was not disappointed. The bouquet was magnificent. It was beautifully arranged, smelt gorgeous and larger than expected. When I phoned on the day of delivery to check the order had been received and when it would be delivered they told me they would be delivering on their way home to ensure it was after the requested time even though they had been delivering close by earlier in the day. Great service and excellent flowers.

Excellent. Ordered flowers for my wife and daughter. Sophie would only have known this from my card message. Though I didn't make a special request she sent a large arrangement as ordered and a smaller additional one that would be just right to be especially for my little girl. Perfect

Flowers were excellent and presentation and materials used were probably the best I have had experienced. When I contacted by phone the company was not the best I have had to deal, which is why I don't rate as excellent, with but as I order online the quality of the product makes me want to use them again as first choice.
