The flowers were beautiful and fresh. My daughter was delighted. There was a problem with the first local florist but I was emailed immediately with an alternative local florist and with the information and the offer to cancel and receive a full refund. Excellent service. When there was a problem with the chosen local florist I was emailed with the details and offered a refund. However I went with the alternative florist and the flowers arrived early on the same day and were in excellent condition. My daughter is very happy with them and so am I.

Nice fresh flowers but not particularly cheap given the contents of the bunch I received. Also, very disappointed with the fact that delivery was included in the price but then found at checkout that I had to pay£4.50 for ‘assembling charge’.

So amazing! These were to cheer up my mum who???s unwell at the moment. Got a lovely text message from the florist to discuss what my mum liked. Delivered the next day. Flowers left on the doorstep because of social distancing rules and they even rang my mum to let her know they were outside. Amazing service. Mum loves the flowers.
