The response to my order from overseas was prompt. There was a problem in delivering, as the recipient was out, and when she returned she left a voicemail message. Apparently no-one listened the message, and I had to follow up with an email. Otherwise, the service was good.

The florist included Easter lilies in the floral arrangement to be delivered to my daughter-in-law. I was not aware that the lily would be used in the arrangement. Lilies are highly toxic to cats an can result in death if not treated immediately. They have 2 cats who had to be rushed to the vets and be treated for poisoning.before irreversible damage was done. This created grief and anxiety for several days plus a vet bill of over 2000 pounds. The gesture of sending flowers to celebrate a birthday has been marred by such a terrible experience. Florists should be aware that their products could create such harm.

Poor experience due to the flowers still being green and therefore no actual flowers. Having these delivered is supposed to have a wow factor. Instead it had the "meh" factor. Great work...

They took on a last minute order for same day delivery. Whilst I appreciate it was still delivered on time the bouquet was so disappointing. Bulked up by chrysanthemum like flowers, looking much cheaper than my original selection, and bright pink /white colour palette that looked cheap and drifted far from my initial choice. Furthermore, and this was clearly to 'price match' the original order, a stalk of lilies had been added in, sticking out with no effort to blend them in to the bouquet. As a last minute afterthought. My initial bouquet had no lillies and the substitute was completely different and quite insensitive to the original order. They should not have taken it on if they could not closely match. The bouquet was tacky and thoughtless and I felt a little cheated and have learnt not to accept my order be taken by a replacement florist allocated by the online booking

When the order was placed, a confirmation email was sent and the flowers were delivered to my girlfriend in less than 1 hour! She was having a bad day as she was unwell but thanks to the speediness of this, I got a photograph of a very big smile buried in an even bigger bundle of well dressed flowers. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Flowers were beautiful, and they did everything I requested. I was also very impressed about the lady who delivered the flower safely and relatively in time although her leg was uncomfortable and had some difficulty to walk. I'll definitely use this florist again next time!!
