The service was terrific, and a BIG THANK YOU to the florist who prepared the wreath; it was perfect. The card, written by a person, was a first-class touch. Being in Germany with family in the UK, I will be using this service again :) :)

My mum had to go into hospital on the day of delivery, the florist delivered the flowers and left them on the doorstep without attempting to deliver them to either neighbour who were both home only for me knowing neighbours number and have them go looking when it said delivered and they were left on the doorstep. Luckily the neighbour was in and got them when they did because it then rained on and off for a while. For the price I’d have expected for them to be treated with a little more respect. I did send email and photo proof and it was said they would look into it which I’ve never heard anything back since then.

Beautiful flowers although left on doorstep luckily neighbours spotted and took them in could have been different story would have hoped maybe knocked on a neighbour not just left on display for passing opportunists.
