Excellent service from direct2florist/ Floral Boutique , when delivering the company had trouble in contacting my sister , not to be outdone they sent me a message letting me know , from this I was able to give them details of when approx she would be home. So rather than just leaving the flowers there , they ensured that the delivery would be done on the day someone was home. This doe from half way around the world This is what I call really good customer service , and I would recommend this company to anyone who requires a floral delivery internationally or just local. The recipient thought that the bouquet was beautiful but has let me know that the flowers died very quickly, within about 5 days. I have ordered flowers through Flowers by Nic on a number of occasions and this is not the standard I have come to expect. I recognise that flowers are living and will deteriorate, but not to the extent that a bouquet which arrived on a Tuesday was completely dead by the weekend. Often some die throughout, but others in the bouquet last, sadly this was not the case on this occasion and I'm really disappointed, as was the recipient of the flowers (they were a bit embarrassed to tell me).

I ordered flowers from Flowers by Nic from my home in Western Australia. My Aunty in the Isle of Wight was absolutely delighted by the large bouquet. I am very satisfied with the service from Flowers by Nic. The ordering was simple and as the recipient lives on the Isle of Wight I was pleased to order it directly through her local Florist rather than through Interflora. Excellent service. I never saw the flowers but was thanked for them so I knew they had arrived. Anyway, my friends would have told me if there had been anything wrong with them I am sure. They were ordered at about 9.0 pm at night and delivered the following morning. You cannot fault that service in any way. In my opinion they are very, very good value for money.
