Excellent service, I ordered mid day on the 13th feb, the day before valentines day. Expecting this to be a busy day for florists and me leaving things last minute to hinder whats available. I saw an amazing bouquet on the site. reasonably priced and with a few options, i went for it. The bouquet that arrived was better than any of my expectations and my partner loved it. I had to call the florist to ask about delivery. I had been at work most of the day and my partner hadn't mentioned the flowers. So worrying, i called to inquire, they where extremely helpful and polite and helped me get to the bottom of it. My partners daughter had took the flowers in and stashed them from her mother assuming I'd want to give them to her mum myself. And i did take great joy in handing over the fantastic bouquet myself. Will certainly be ordering from here again.

Recipient reported that flowers were lovely. They were delivered a day early which in this instance was important to me. More care should be taken to ensure delivery date is exactly as requested. I appreciate that exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed but date can be. I have alwYs been pleased with Enid Reid flowers which is why I chose this florist.

I order from Canada and Enid sends flowers to my relatives in Glasgow, Scotland. With the time difference, I'm usually ordering in the early hours but still Enid manages to get them there that day! I've see photos and from descriptions, the flowers are gorgeous plus extremely reasonable in comparison with other shops! And to top all that, she usually emails to let me know about delivery and choice of flowers! All in all, excellent service!
