I used their services as they had a wide variety of flowers, and gifts to send to my parnter. The one I picked cked was out of stock so the lovely lady who was dealing with my order upgraded my gift. The flowers were spot on and my parnter even had a tear in her eye as she really liked them that much especially the chocolates!! We've brought some flowers before from other company's but The floral box will definitely be used again and again when needed. I ordered online from Australia. Initially I ordered for my mum who was in a care home for Christmas, sadly she was taken into hospital and we were told this was her time. The picture of what I ordered and the picture of what my sister received was completely different. I understand that some flowers aren't in stock however to see a much smaller and less compact bouquet and also the cheapest flowers you can buy instead of gerberas was very disappointing. Especially having paid £28. I was really disapointed with what I got and if not contacted about this, probably won't use this company again even tho I will have frequent need for flower delivery since I am not living with my family in the UK. *Feefo removed personal details*

have commented on this excellent florist twice previously. these flowers arrived at incredible speed, they were delivered to a former florist who commented on how very fresh they were "straight off the delivery van" was the comment. However, although I will continue to use this florist on this occasion I was a little disappointed in the size of the bouquet and the fact that there were no roses, lilies or other such more 'substantial' elements - particularly as I had paid extra for an even better display - otherwise I would have rated 5 stars as usual. However, the receipient is most happy with them and I guess that is the main thing.

I could not rate more highly of the service i recieved. I ordered the flowers on line at aroubd 10.30am and they were delivered by 1.45pm. My mum absolutely loves them and says the picture she sent me doesn't do them justice as they are beautiful! Many thanks.

I was informed the flowers were delivered very quickly and having seen them thought they were as represented in the description / image. This is not always the case with other florists.
