Have used them multiple times for delivery in U.K .Recipients have always been pleased with the beautiful flowers .Hand delivered and not in a flat box like some other companies ,which is important as my mum is 91 and visually impaired ,so finds it very difficult to undo a box .Delivery person very pleasant and cheerful

So disappointed still waiting to hear from my complaint To them. £67.00 for cellophane wrapped flowers. The description online is very misleading. This is not what I expected for a funeral flower arrangement.

I used Direct2florist so that I could select a florist local to my friend. Efficient next day service but I was disappointed that instead of the depicted smart cardboard ‘base’ with flowers wrapped in paper, cellophane was used. My medium bouquet cost £55.

Excellent service. Very nice man called Mark rang me to let me know the colour flower I picked wasn't in stock, and told me what they had. So I chose different. Wow I'm astounded! Having seen a photo from the friend I sent flowers to I can honestly say there must've been twice the number of flowers compared to the item I selected. This florist doesn't know me from Adam nor indeed the recipient of the flowers so all I can say is thank you SO much for providing such a truly magnificent surprise to my much loved friend.
