My family in Hemel were delighted with the flower arrangement. They sent me a photo and they were the centre piece for my Dad's 80th birthday party. The service was great as the flowers arrived on the day that I asked for and at a time where someone was going to be home. My mother's 80th birthday is towards the end of the year and I will definitely use this florist again if I am unable to make it to Britain. The flowers lasted for ages, thanks.

The flowers I orderd on June 18th for delivery on June 24th did not reflect as being delivered when I checked the status in My Account on August 9th. I later learned the flowers were delivered, but not until I contacted the florist to inquire. This was very upstting to me and my manager when we both believed the flowers were not delivered and secondly that we were charged for something that was not delivered. Prompt follow through confirmations need to be exercised so that unnecessary frustruation and assumed conclusions are not reached. I assume the flowers were lovely. Thank you for your prompt response with the explanation.
