I have ordered many bouquets from Direct2florist for locations in different parts of the UK and flowers are always delivered on the day I selected. The people who have received the flowers are always really pleased. I have sometimes had to contact the web team to make a small change to the order and they respond promptly.

I had to order funeral flowers for my husbands cousin, and because of where they live I was having great difficulty until I tried this company! I placed my order which was then sent to a local florist in the area where it was to be delivered. I was kept informed of every step of the way. I mistakenly made a mistake on the card that was to be written but a couple of e mails later and everything was sorted. Will use again.

Since we live in Canada and wanted to send flowers to our good friends in the UK, we were a little apprehensive at first doing it online. After a few emails to Jen at Butterflies Florists, she put our minds at ease and we just received confirmation from our friends that the roses were beautiful and so were the chocolates. Thanks so much. Vaughan Killin Oshawa, Ontario Canada
