I was impressed that Bo-Kay took the initiative to telephone to ask whether it would be okay to send a bouquet of alternative flowers as they were unhappy (on receipt at the shop) with the sunflowers that I had initially ordered. My mother was very happy with the selection of flowers delivered for her birthday and I am thankful to the florist for ensuring that she received the best possible available flowers.
