I have no idea about the eventual quality of the flowers delivered to Mrs. Allen, but was impressed by the friendly response and help from the lady in Bolton who did the eventual ordering for me. This because I couldn't remove the additional flowers I was about to buy on the online form, when I only wanted one lot of flowers, but had looked at them the day before, so these were added.

This florist has recently been taken over by new owners, the lady who delivered the flowers was very nice, friendly and I am told the flowers were lovely like a little bit of spring. Thank you
