Donna from Belle Florists contacted me by e-mail the day before delivery to say that she was unable to secure a vase from her suppliers, but, if I was OK with it (I was) she would supply more flowers and a larger box of chocolates to compensate. Can't fault Donna's service. Thanks. Tony McGladrigan (TAS, Australia)

The basket of flowers were well received and apparently lovely! My objection is the extra cost of c £4.50 applied at end of order! Your front page suggests delivery is included so you should be honest and include this extra charge in the cost at the start.

Wow! Cannot recommend enough! I live in Abu Dhabi, my daughter lives in the UK and the rest of the family lives in Australia. Last Sunday was Mother's Day in Australia and I was trying to order flowers for my daughter as her son is less than 2 years old and she is going through a divorce, so I knew she wouldn't be getting any recognition! Donna from Belle Florist was amazing! She kept me informed of the process and worked really hard to get the most amazing floral display delivered on time, despite the challenges she was experiencing through the Covid-19 situation. Personal, professional service that I will use again! Thank you :-)

My mother was absolutely delighted with the flowers delivered today. They have been admired by everyone in the nursing home where she lives. I have used Belle quite a few times and they have always delivered wonderful flowers.

Delivered timely thank you and flowers were nice however some were a bit too open for what I'd expect eg I don't think the tulips will last more than a couple of days but generally I would use again.
