About & History:

The founder of Avenue Flowers & Design, Ilze Alka, has a natural appreciation of Art and Design. Ilze has had over 25 years experience in the floral industry, and has studied floristry in several Scandinavian florist schools. After working in floristry in Europe for 7 years she then moved to Guernsey where, due to her unique style, she has built a substantial client base. With her artistic flair and drive to succeed, Ilze has made Avenue Flowers & design into a vibrant growing business.

We are a small studio based team in St Peter Port offering flowers for weddings, funeral flowers, event flowers and decorations, bouquets, arrangements and more, and we do what we do because we love flowers. Location & Delivery:

Located in the heart of St Peter Port town on St Julians Avenue our large shop has daily bouquets and arangements for sale to suit all price ranges. We offer an extensive range of gifts, vases , soft toys and balloons which can all be deilvered. We offer an island wide delivery service Monday to Saturday including our local hospital, care homes, and funeral directors.

Only fault was I would say was flowers themselves some was already open and not sure if would last much longer then 2-3 days.. Would of been nice to have closed flowers which would last a little longer and better value for the cost of them

Im afraid I was very disappointed, I had made the order on the 11th of March and had confirmation of delivery on the 12th, however my mum was not delivered the flowers until the 14th She left for a trip on the 15th hence why I had wanted them delivered for the 12th do she could enjoy them before she went. Also the flowers themselves were very poor which is not would I would expect from Avenue Flowers having used them before, some of them are already dying, Im not sure if possible they had been made for the 12th and then left for two days somewhere as this is sadly what they look like. Im afraid I would be using this website or Avenue again.
