I always send my mum flowers for her birthday, this year I wanted something really special. I live in the US and because of the Corona Virus, quarantine, and not being able to travel my Mum hasn???t seen her 3 grandsons in over 2 years. I was impressed by the selection of florists I could choose from. The site was very easy to navigate, and I was very happy with the whole experience. I received a text message to let me know the flowers had been delivered, which was great because we were able to call/skype my mum, shortly after and sing happy birthday. Many thanks ordered yesterday for our daughter and husband on arrival of their new son our latest grandson. Flowers arrived next day when was predicted earliest to be 24th April. Flowers were lovely thanks so much. Due to being Isolated we cannot see new grandson or the flowers except on Skype but hopefully will not be too long before normal service resumed. Admittedly I have used this service only once, however on that occasion there was a hiccup with the florist that I had nominated. That hiccup was ironed out with no inconvenience to myself or to my order. An alternate florist was contacted and the flowers delivered. Contact from the recipient spoke highly of the beautiful flowers used, the arrangement of same and promptness of delivery. What more can anyone expect. The funeral arrangement that I ordered through AA Moore and Son was absolutely beautiful! I was nervous about selecting a florist online (I am in Canada and the flowers were to be delivered in the UK), but AA Moore provided exceptional service and an absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement that was even nicer than the sample picture! AA Moore even sent me an email message with photos of the floral arrangement, which was a thoughtful and completely unexpected gesture!
