Nothing was too much trouble and the flowers arrived early the very next day. The bouquet was beautiful and my special request met at not extra cost or fuss. I understand the arrangement can’t be identical and the basket won’t be identical but I was disappointed. I wouldn’t have chosen that arrangement. I ordered flowers for same day delivery, although later in the day I received a phone call saying due to. A problem they couldn’t be delivered until the next day. He did promise they would be delivered before 10am and they were. I later found out he’d actually rang the person they were going to first, so no surprise for her! The flowers were beautiful although some of the flowers started dying within 4 days :(
