delivered a day late even though promised same day delivery. I paid for same day and it did not happen. the delivered item was not as expected with many of the flowers unopened. Delivery fee was way way over the top, and when the delivery was late emails asking for refund to the late delivery ( as wasn't same day as paid for ) were ignored and gained no response.

I have used direct2florist a few times now to organise funeral flower deliveries in County Durham from Australia, and they have never let me down. This florist delivered to Darlington on Saturday morning and their service was exceptional. Firstly they took the trouble to warn me of a possible delay in delivery due to the weather; the flowers arrived by lunchtime which was perfect. Secondly I received a photo of the flowers and they are beautiful. This level of service is very rare.I highly recommend.

They were a beautiful bunch of flowers that was delivered to my Mother but I thought the size of the bunch could of been bigger for the cost. I paid £80 for the "large" which in my opinion wasn't as large as I expected + also very small box of Chocolates (6 chocolates I think). All delivered 2 miles away. The flowers were very nice and as described. They were delivered to the Crematorium on time as arranged with the message I typed on the website - so all good. I only gave 4 stars because of the problems with the Direct2florist website. It selected a list of florists near the postcode I gave. I chose the first but then when I got to the end of the process I got a message saying they didn't deliver to that area. I then chose another florist but when I got to the payment page the screen took a while and eventually timed out. When I checked my bank, the money had been taken. So I assumed the order went through - and it did. I will probably use again.

The flowers were for mothers day and despite not being able to have them delivered on mothers day.I managed to get them in time after receiving the phone call to say they were fully booked on mothers day I was told they could be sent out the day before I also requested for them to be delivered in the morning knowing my mother was wanting to go out in the afternoon.She received them at 11.35 so She would have been able to have a lie in had she wanted to.The flowers were presented beautifully and have taken pride of place on her fireplace.Will definitely use this site and this florist in the future.

Flowers lovely. Arrangements interesting and the choice of flowers used is very wide. One arrangement seemed to have lilies timed to open as the bouquet got older - creating a lovely long opportunity to enjoy it.

Always using these to deliver flowers to parents address up north as I live on the south coast. They never disappoint, the quality of the flowers is fantastic, they have great bundles and they always deliver on time. In fact I ordered a mothers day bundle and although the time slots showed that Sunday was not available, they must have seen the card message and delivered on the Sunday anyway - to a great surprise to me and mum. The flowers were delivered to my daughter's college at the exact time requested! She says they are gorgeous! I ordered the 'florist's choice', and they came in wrapping which included water - as of course few students have flower vases available in their rooms - something I had not considered! Thank you!

Very, thank you. I had given the wrong post code (sorry) and we were phoned to check destination which was a university hall of residence. My daughter, whose 21st it was, says the flowers are beautiful. Thank you for the service
