• I placed an order for flowers at a florist in Northampton. They delivered two beautiful bouquets, one for the widow and one for the deceased. I heard that due to the delay in holding the funeral, the flowers had started to wilt. Jacky, telephoned the florist for advice on keeping them fresh and they sent someone around to replace the dying blooms with fresh flowers. I live in Barrow, Alaska, which is on the shores of the Arctic Ocean and I thought it was going to be difficult getting flowers ordered and delivered on time. however I have just received photos of the flowers and I am so impressed with this service and the kindness of the staff at this florist I will always come back to this store for any further flower orders in the future. Thank you so much for such excellent service, such beautiful flowers and such wonderful service.
