My mum had to go into hospital on the day of delivery, the florist delivered the flowers and left them on the doorstep without attempting to deliver them to either neighbour who were both home only for me knowing neighbours number and have them go looking when it said delivered and they were left on the doorstep. Luckily the neighbour was in and got them when they did because it then rained on and off for a while.
For the price I’d have expected for them to be treated with a little more respect. I did send email and photo proof and it was said they would look into it which I’ve never heard anything back since then.
