This is the first time I used Direct2florist website. I usually call and order directly from Kirby's Florist in Kirkham, UK and was afraid I wouldn't get what I had ordered. The recipient tells me they were BEAUTIFUL and very fresh. I will definitely use Direct2florist again. Thanks!

Slight delay in delivery due to human error. These can happen to any one so still a five star service because of a prompt apology and a wonderful bouquet delivered

my order was crossed wired, kirbys ended up getting the wrong info and sent an arrangement, unfortunatly it was not what i ordered. kirbys were fantastic at sorting all this out for me i recived a full refund and i was able to keep the beautiful fresh,exellently arranged spead of flowers. i cant thank them enough, its a shame that they ended up out of pocket threw no fault of there own. ill definatly go direct to kirbys with any new orders in the future.
