Incredible - I couldnt heap enough praise on this florist. I submitted a request to have the flowers delivered within a one hour time slot and didnt really expect that this would happen as there are current challenges with the roadworks in their area. . They did arrive within the requested time slot and my parents were absolutely delighted with their Diamond Wedding Anniversary flowers.. Thank you so much! flowers delivered to neighbour but no card left my mother didn't know she was getting flowers so awkward conversation as no flowers turned up. contacted florist and got a phone call from lovely lady next day who arranged on a sunday(mothers day) to deliver flowers which was fantastic and delivery guy picked up flowers from neighbour to take back so all ok in the end.

my order was crossed wired, kirbys ended up getting the wrong info and sent an arrangement, unfortunatly it was not what i ordered. kirbys were fantastic at sorting all this out for me i recived a full refund and i was able to keep the beautiful fresh,exellently arranged spead of flowers. i cant thank them enough, its a shame that they ended up out of pocket threw no fault of there own. ill definatly go direct to kirbys with any new orders in the future.

This was purchased as a gift for one of my employees and she was over the moon and I was very happy with the quality of the flowers and the arrangement that was sent. Thank You and we will be returning customers. Much better than Interflora has been for us in the past.

I live in Canada now so I have to rely on the internet to be able to order my mum flowers as she lives in Blackpool. Out of all the flower companies I have ever ordered from these were by far the best..My mum loved the flowers, and she said she couldn't believe how many flowers were in the bouquet. She thought they were beautiful, I even got to see a picture of them...Thank you Kirbys, we will be using your services again...
