I live in australia but always use hole in the wall when sending flowers to my family and friends in hartlepool....i no i can trust their stylish creative bouquets and i am always overwhelmed when i recieve pics of the bouquerts frommy family...i will always continue to use hole in the wall thank you guys

This florist was amazing. I provided the wrong address and then my friend who was the recipient went out of town and the florist worked with me to find another delivery slot. I'm delighted with the service I have received and I would definitely use them again!!

I ordered a very reasonably priced bunch the day before Mother's Day. I was called back almost immediately and informed that none of the Direct2florist shops could deliver for Mother's Day, and given the opportunity to cancel my order or have a Monday delivery. I opted for Monday delivery: I was, after all, ordering pretty late in the day. In fact, they were actually delivered as I originally requested the day before Mother's Day and, in my mother's own words, were 'the best flowers ever'. Well done Direct2florist - a real five-star service!
