• Using a local florist was important to us for this purchase. Paying a local florist would have been problematic since we wanted a florist local to the recipient, not to us. The quick and accurate confirmation of the order, then the delivery were reassuring to me as I thought to some extent that I was sending messages and flowers into the void. The florist did an excellent job with the flowers too.

• Heylis florists are amazing. I buy flowers for my mum for Mother's Day every year and they are always perfect! This year I ordered online and very last minute, but Sue still managed to deliver them on Sunday morning. You couldn't ask for better service.
