Disappointed not to have received a photo of the flowers as arranged

Thank you so much for your fantastic service. I bought my mum flowers for mothers day, and she absolutely loves them. I didnt realise that a vase came with them as well! A fantastic prince for a fantasic service. Thank you very much. Would definately recommed and use you again.

I phoned the florist to discuss the options available and found Jan very helpful and considerate. She even phoned me on the day of the funeral as I had forgotten to let her have the message for the card. Sending a photo of the arrangement is a great idea especially as I was unable to attend the funeral. I was very pleased with the arrangement. It was exactly as we had discussed. Thank you.

I would NEVER go anywhere else for my flowers. The lady there is so understanding and she always does a FIRST CLASS job on all the flowers she has ever done for me Nothing is too much trouble and she is always giving advice If I am not sure what to pick BRILLIANT !
