Fantastic brilliant + accommodating service at a very busy time. Extremely efficient. Flowers arrived very quickly and my friends wrote that they were very 'touched' by the flowers which 'cheered them all up' and that they were 'beautiful' - which was important and exactly what I had hoped for after a funeral 4 days before Christmas. I give 100 per cent rating in every respect to Gloriosa.
