My mum had to go into hospital on the day of delivery, the florist delivered the flowers and left them on the doorstep without attempting to deliver them to either neighbour who were both home only for me knowing neighbours number and have them go looking when it said delivered and they were left on the doorstep. Luckily the neighbour was in and got them when they did because it then rained on and off for a while. For the price I’d have expected for them to be treated with a little more respect. I did send email and photo proof and it was said they would look into it which I’ve never heard anything back since then.

So easy to order online, great service, flowers delivered on day requested and they were beautiful. Normally use Interflora, but decided to use a local florist and it was definitely worth it. Will most certainly use them again.

When we used direct2florists last time the flowers were provided by another florist called Occasions in Oldham who sent us an email with photo of the flowers once they had been delivered. We haven't seen the flowers this time although we are told they are beautiful
