• Flowers were ordered around 3pm and received the same day which I thought was excellent. I didn't see them myself but the recipient said they we're lovely.

• As the flowers were for a friend I did not get to see them but I did appreciate that they rang to tell me they were out of the flowers I had ordered online and what they were replacing them with - my friend said they were lovely.

• I have used you twice this year, earlier in the year for a funeral, the arrangement was stunning I was very pleased with it. This week for a Christmas basket arrangement which I will not get to see but I am hoping will be just as pleasing for the recipient, I am sure they will take a photo and email me. • The Birthday girl was over the moon with the flowers - she said they were absolutely beautiful. We ordered the contemporary hand tie because she loves sunflowers and unusual flowers. The delivery was made at the time we asked for - fantastic service all round

• My mum loved the flowers! They weren't in when delivered, but whoever delivered had the foresight to put the cut flowers in a pot filled with water so they were looking good when my parents got home the next day.....
