They charged me £60 for an exotic picture of a bouquet but they delivered a rubbish cheap bouquet worth £30 , which looked nothing like the picture that had been shown on the site. And when I complained they refused to refund any part of the money. Absolutely disgusting. Dishonest people. They are thieves…… don’t shop from them.

The flowers were nice. More greenery than actual flowers. Also I had put " to my beautiful amazing strong mum" and the word beautiful was missing. I was a little disappointed. Went for the florists choice as a birthday present for my grandmas birthday. She loved them. Said there was a very wide range of flowers and very pretty. Ordered Sunday evening and delivered promt the following morning.

I ordered the flowers at 11 and they were delivered to my mum by 1.45. I haven't seen the flowers but my mum was over the moon & described them to me. They sounded beautiful & well chosen & good value too. Sometimes when I've ordered delivery flowers they are packed with cheap chrysanths & not much else! These were a lovely quality bouquet.
