The flowers are really pretty I am told but my son and daughter-in law had been held up at the hospital longer than expected. The card left said the flowers were by the dustbin ( not the nicest of places to put new baby flowers!) and then a note on the door informed them that they were in fact with a neighbour. It all ended well and they are delighted with the flowers but perhaps the driver could have called my son as the number is requested with the order.

I just want to say a huge thank you for the flowers you delivered to my grandparents today. I ordered them from Australia and within a few hours they had been delivered to my grandparents in UK !! The ordering was easy, and the message I had written was included with the flowers. I also received an email to confirm delivery and the cost was better than other florists I had looked at!
