Ordered large bouquet and when they arrived looked beautiful, amazing display and a fantastic variation of flowers. I was delighted as was my wife as they were for our 33rd wedding anniversary. However after just 3 days many of the roses had died or started to die, by day 6 30% of the flowers died or started to die. They are now 10 days and we have thrown away about 60% of the flowers. For £125 I expected they last at least 2 weeks before starting to perish. My wife and I are very disappointed with the quality of the flowers for the cost. We will consider other suppliers next time, as I send flowers fairly often.

We were very happy with the process of choosing, purchasing, and the wonderful prompt service. We live in South Australia, and this was a selection we made for our cousin in Chester who is unwell. The bouquet and florist services were good. Aspects that I found less pleasurable were the introduction of a £5 service charge after I had selected the flowers and been told that the price included delivery. Additionally the inability to select or request an approximate time - even just morning or afternoon- was not helpful.

When I came to find flowers for my mothers funeral I was shocked at the price hike and hidden costs that funeral flowers are subject to. I wanted a fitting tribute without my loss being taken advantage of. I spent several days shopping around for some appropriately pretty flowers that were not too overblown or sombre. I settled on basket SYM-347, a yellow and white arrangement in a basket from Cocoa Flower in Chester. I was very pleased with the arrangement. Although a sad occasion, it brought some lightness. It was a generous size and height and made a perfect central piece sat atop mum's coffin. Because the arrangement was in a convenient basket we were able to give them a second life by dropping them into the local hospice where mum was looked after, for others to enjoy. Very good.

I was very pleased with the service from Cocoa Flower. I used this florist to send flowers to a friend in hospital as I live abroad so I didn't actually see the flowers myself. However the florist was extra-helpful and checked with the hospital ward, only to find out that my friend had been moved to a different ward, then delivered the flowers to the Ward Sister and emailed me straight away to confirm delivery. Very pleased!

Many many thanks to the people at Cocoa Flower. I'm very glad that I chose them to do my mum's funeral flowers. The wreath was perfect; a wonderful combination of ivory roses and white hydrangeas with gypsophila spelling out the word MUM and clusters of pink roses on the front. I chose a bouquet which looked very contemporary and different - I ordered extra stems. The flowers delivered looked NOTHING like the photo I chose online, which was very disappointing for me. Saying that, my friend said they were beautiful and was happy with them.

Always order from cocoa for their quality but spent £70 just before Christmas and flowers lasted less than 7 days in a cool house.if there was to be a compromise on quality I'd of rather not had them. Usually good so maybe as it was so close to xmas
